Jim Woidat, Principal
Jim Woidat joined Kingsley Associates in 1995 and was named principal in 1997. Jim serves as the company’s CFO, overseeing the finance and accounting functions for both the San Francisco and Atlanta offices. He manages the company’s western operations and helps guide the company’s strategic organizational planning efforts. Jim focuses on building client relationships and applying over 20 years of real estate industry experience to help clients improve business performance through Kingsley Associates’ customer loyalty and consulting programs. He brings passion, creativity, and sharp analytical skills to the firm to ensure clients receive high-quality results.
Jim spearheads several industry research initiatives, including Institutional Real Estate, Inc.’s (IREI) annual Global Investor Survey and serves on IREI’s editorial advisory board. He is also a contributing author to IREI’s publication, The Institutional Real Estate Letter. Jim is frequently invited to speak at leading industry events, including BOMA, NMHC, and NAA conferences and is a regular presenter at IREI’s Visions, Insights, and Perspectives conferences.
Jim holds the CPA designation and earned his M.B.A. from The Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley and his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
