This program will provide residents with an opportunity to share their feedback on well-recognized social media sites, such as Google. In addition, the resident could be redirected to ‘Like’ their community on Facebook. CORE participants who opt in to this program will have the option to select up to three unique URL links for each community.
Community Website Pages
Kingsley has developed an app that can be installed on a community’s webpage. When activated, positive resident survey reviews can be promoted on the page. In addition, managers will have the opportunity to screen resident reviews via the Kingsley Portal and publish them over to the page. The app design can be customized to match website branding.
Apartment Guide and Rent.com feed
Send resident scores from CORE surveys directly to these sites. Clients can select the top two reviews that appear first in the list, and all responses go through a moderation process.
Append ApartmentRatings questions to survey(s). Resident responses are fed nightly. Communities must be enrolled in AR’s Verified Resident Program to participate. Additional enrollment fees apply.
