Analysts will work closely with Project Managers, Vice Presidents, and Principals to ensure quality of execution and excellence in deliverables. Project Analysts will be intimately involved in client research projects from start to finish.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Defining project goals with client and project team input
  • Designing surveys, interview scripts, and other research instruments with Kingsley’s proprietary software
  • Ensuring accuracy of client databases and integration with Kingsley’s systems
  • Communicating updates and key milestones to clients and their field personnel
  • Analyzing data to develop clear, detailed findings for clients
  • Developing reports and deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Four-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

What You Will Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

Kingsley Associates is seeking a part-time Operations Intern. This person would be working in our downtown Atlanta office with a part-time, flexible schedule. The person filling this role will be supporting our project teams by assisting with operational efficiency initiatives, industry research, and administrative office management. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Updating and streamlining internal systems and templates to improve operational efficiency
  • Collecting and reviewing data for data libraries and customer relationship management platform
  • Researching and sourcing updated definitions for real estate benchmarking terminology
  • Analyzing competitor products and tools used in real estate industry
  • Receiving, organizing, and tracking all incoming customer service inquiries, both calls and emails
  • Responding to customer service inquires or routing to project teams, if necessary
  • Assisting with administrative office management and conference logistics

Creative & Digital Marketing Manager – Atlanta

Kingsley Associates is seeking a Creative & Digital Marketing Manager to execute company-wide production design and UX needs, industry partnership development and to support business development and internal project teams. This individual should have strong proficiency within the Adobe Creative Suite and UX design, with a working knowledge of marketing automation, SEO / SEM, social media management, and front-end web development.

Secondarily, the candidate must have a desire to grow into a larger role that seeks to improve digital campaign conversions/demand generation via our marketing technology stack.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Google Ads, SEMRush, and Google Search Console, with a strong focus on video SEO.

The Software Developer will play a critical role in maintaining existing applications as well as creating new applications. Applications may be web sites, web services, windows services, or stand-alone executables.
