Online Reputation Management
Our business is built on the premise that customer feedback is beneficial for everyone involved: better information leads to improved product quality and service delivery. For apartment searchers, it can also lead to a more educated rental decision.
Today’s consumer marketplace offers no shortage of readily accessible user feedback. Web-based technology and business / social networking applications have made it easier than ever to share feedback on experiences. In addition to our comprehensive resident solutions, Kingsley Associates provides customized online reputation management tools to feed survey data to social media and apartment review websites, including the following:
Kingsley Associates offers several options for firms interested in leveraging their resident survey program to enhance their online reputation. These options include:
This program will provide satisfied residents with an opportunity to share their positive feedback on well-recognized social media sites, such as Yelp or Google+. In addition, the resident could be redirected to ‘Like’ their community on Facebook. CORE participants who opt in to this program will have the option to select up to three unique URL links for each community.
Kingsley Associates has developed an app that can be installed on a community’s Facebook page. When activated, positive resident survey reviews can be promoted on the page. In addition, managers will have the opportunity to screen resident reviews via the Kingsley Portal and publish them over to the page.
Community Website Pages
Kingsley Associates also has the ability to send the same data from the Facebook app to individual community webpages. The iFrame design can be customized to match website branding.
Apartment Guide and Rent.com feed
Send resident scores from CORE surveys directly to these sites. Clients can select the top two reviews that appear first in the list, and all responses go through a moderation process.
Apartment Ratings feed
Append Apartment Ratings questions to survey(s). Resident responses are fed nightly. Communities must be enrolled in AR’s Verified Resident Program to participate. Additional enrollment fees apply.
