Inside Sales Representative – Atlanta

Kingsley Associates seeks an Inside Sales Representative (“ISR”) to join our team in Atlanta. This person will play a critical role in communicating with both potential and current clients of Kingsley Associates. The ISR should be adept at listening to customers, asking the right questions, and recommending solutions. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Answer and qualify sales inquiries (phone, web, and email) by gathering appropriate information
  • Route select, qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide accurate product information
  • Create sales presentations and supporting materials for business development proposals
  • Run product demonstrations and presentations to potential and current clients and recommend the best suited solutions
  • For select opportunities, lead the entire inside sales process from proposal to close
  • Log and track all client and prospect information according to standard operating procedures which includes the use of Salesforce.com
  • Assist in preparing for and attending select industry conferences/trade shows
  • Create proposals and contract renewals for internal project teams
  • Research select prospect opportunities
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

Qualifications:

  • Four-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • 2-3 years of quota-driven sales experience, preferably B2B
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Powerful communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intense attention to detail
  • Proven ability to quickly and accurately respond to requests from both internal and external audiences
  • High-energy and dynamic personality with the ability to continuously drive Kingsley products
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities

Project Manager - Atlanta

Project Manager – Atlanta

Kingsley Associates seeks a Project Manager in our Atlanta office. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project implementation, from designing customized survey programs to delivering highly actionable and strategic recommendations for our clients. The Project Manager will lead small project teams and work alongside senior company personnel to ensure quality of execution. The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Developing client relationships and communicating expectations throughout projects
  • Leading small project teams on research projects as main internal and external contact
  • Coordinating research teams of analysts; assigning work tasks and ensuring timely completion
  • Defining project goals with client input and planning then executing project strategy
  • Analyzing data to develop clear, detailed findings for clients
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and deliverables
  • Delivering presentations to senior client audiences
  • Limited travel required, 1-3 days per month

Kingsley Associates seeks a technologically-inclined Project Analyst in our Atlanta office. Analysts will work closely with Project Managers, Vice Presidents, and Principals to ensure quality of execution and excellence in deliverables. Project Analysts will be intimately involved in client research projects from start to finish. The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Defining project goals with client and project team input
  • Designing surveys, interview scripts, and other research instruments with Kingsley’s proprietary software
  • Ensuring accuracy of client databases and integration with Kingsley’s systems
  • Communicating updates and key milestones to clients and their field personnel
  • Analyzing data to develop clear, detailed findings for clients
  • Developing reports and deliverables

Kingsley Associates seeks an analyst in our Atlanta office to support specifically on our ACE product, Assessing the Customer Experience. The ACE product is geared toward smaller clients looking for a standardized, cost-effective survey solution. This analyst will work closely with the leader of this product line to ensure quality of execution and excellence in process and deliverables. The analyst will be very involved in business development, client service, survey design, process management, reporting, and analysis.
