Project Manager – Atlanta

We are seeking a Project Manager in our Atlanta office. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project implementation, from designing customized survey programs to delivering highly actionable and strategic recommendations for our clients. The Project Manager will lead small project teams and work alongside senior company personnel to ensure quality of execution. The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Developing client relationships and communicating expectations throughout projects
  • Leading small project teams on research projects as main internal and external contact
  • Coordinating research teams of analysts; assigning work tasks and ensuring timely completion
  • Defining project goals with client input and planning then executing project strategy
  • Analyzing data to develop clear, detailed findings for clients
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and deliverables
  • Delivering presentations to senior client audiences
  • Limited travel required, 1-3 days per month

Who Should Apply

Project Analyst – Atlanta

Kingsley Associates seeks a technologically-inclined Project Analyst in our Atlanta office. Analysts will work closely with Project Managers, Vice Presidents, and Principals to ensure quality of execution and excellence in deliverables. Project Analysts will be intimately involved in client research projects from start to finish. The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Defining project goals with client and project team input
  • Designing surveys, interview scripts, and other research instruments with Kingsley’s proprietary software
  • Ensuring accuracy of client databases and integration with Kingsley’s systems
  • Communicating updates and key milestones to clients and their field personnel
  • Analyzing data to develop clear, detailed findings for clients
  • Developing reports and deliverables

B2B Sales Representative - Atlanta

B2B Sales Representative – Atlanta

Kingsley Associates seeks B2B sales representatives in Atlanta. We need sales representatives to passionately, proactively, and articulately tell our story.  You should be able to target, qualify, and close opportunities to grow our business through selling new business, increasing existing customer revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service. The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Business Development/Consultative Selling
    • Conduct daily prospecting calls, emails, and presentations to identify, qualify, and close potential customers
    • Overcome objections as well as demonstrate salable features and prices to current and prospective customers
    • Negotiate key deal terms and close business to attain monthly sales goals
    • Systematically report to management on opportunities including revenue, closing date, and other key terms
    • Assist in developing prospect lists
    • Create and update contact information and sales activities in CRM system
    • Travel to and attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events
  • Customer Service
    • Build long-term, sustainable relationships and investigate and resolve customer concerns
    • Assist or lead customer training and implementation
    • Reach out to renewal customers at least 90 days before contract expires
    • Proactively communicate with, renew and save accounts whose contracts are expiring or have given notice
  • Marketing, Operational, and Personal Development
    • Demonstrate thorough understanding of Kingsley products, pricing, competitive offerings and industry trends
    • Accurately collect contract and billing information to share with appropriate parties
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending applicable training, educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, and establishing professional networks

  • Preferred candidates include those with a background in commercial real estate, information services, and/or SAAS sales in a B2B setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is desirable
  • MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com
  • Occasional travel (approximately 25%)
