Project Analyst - Atlanta

Project Analyst – Atlanta

Kingsley Associates seeks a technologically-inclined Project Analyst in our Atlanta office. Analysts will work closely with Project Managers, Vice Presidents, and Principals to ensure quality of execution and excellence in deliverables. Project Analysts will be intimately involved in client research projects from start to finish. The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Defining project goals with client and project team input
  • Designing surveys, interview scripts, and other research instruments with Kingsley’s proprietary software
  • Ensuring accuracy of client databases and integration with Kingsley’s systems
  • Communicating updates and key milestones to clients and their field personnel
  • Analyzing data to develop clear, detailed findings for clients
  • Developing reports and deliverables

Who Should Apply

Candidates must have:

  • Four-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • High degree of computer proficiency (advanced user of MS Excel and ability to work with and learn new software applications)

  • Advanced quantitative and data analysis skills (consumer research experience is a bonus)

Human Resources Coordinator - Atlanta

Human Resources Coordinator – Atlanta

Kingsley Associates seeks a human resources coordinator in our Atlanta office. This role is responsible for oversight and execution of human resources tasks for our approximately 35 associates with offices in Atlanta (30) and San Francisco (5). The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Talent acquisition: Ongoing recruiting, hiring, and onboarding administration
  • Employee feedback: Performance review support and coordination
  • Development / training: Identification and execution of employee development / ongoing training opportunities
  • Employee engagement: Assistance measuring and encouraging engagement and company culture
  • Employee support: Availability for confidential conversations, assistance with challenging personnel situations, etc.
  • Benefits management: Liaison to Kingsley’s benefits broker, benefits-related communication to/from employees
  • Payroll: Liaison to Kingsley’s payroll service
